Finding it hard to appoint a Master of Ceremonies for your Reception? Don't want to put that responsibility on a family member or close friend? My role goes far beyond just announcing people on the microphone. I am there for you from the start of your photo time until the sparkler exit at the end of the night. Following you around during photo time I am known to gather guests for family photos, keep your drinks topped up, holding things, fluffing dresses, holding bouquets, even getting wet whilst holding umbrellas to keep you both dry if the weather is that way inclined, feeding deer or holding onto a donkey for the perfect shot!
Prior to the reception we will have a chat over the phone to gather all the important details and timings for the night. We will chat about the order of proceedings (don't worry I have lots of ideas and variations on how your night can run). You may like to be introduced and walk straight in to cut the cake, start with your first dance or simply be seated ready for meals. What ever your style we will make sure the night kicks off to a great start.
During the reception I will be liaising with the staff and suppliers to ensure things are running to time.

Formally introducing parents/bridal party and the newly Married Couple into the reception room.
Organizing the formalities - arranging your speakers for speeches and ensuring they are aware of when the are required during the reception.
Liaising with the reception venue staff to ensure the evening runs smoothly and to time.
Ensuring that yourselves, parents, bridal party and guests have an unforgettable and fun reception.
Statement of Fees Master of Ceremonies Cost: $1200 for 5 hours or ($100/hour thereafter) if you have booked me as your celebrant *Normally $1500 Booking Fee: $400 (non refundable) to secure your date. Please read the below terms and conditions. Conditions:

After booking in our photographer & videographer, our celebrant was next. Kate was recommended by our venue and after I met her at a wedding expo, we instantly clicked & the first thing I said to Nath when I got home was ‘I’ve found our celebrant.’ We had originally decided to have a male celebrant but after meeting Kate I told Nath he would not be disappointed. Kate doubled as our MC for the night as well. I barely remember the ceremony but what I do remember is how easy Kate spoke to our guests and how much it flowed. During our photos & reception Kate always checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, had eaten & had drinks in hand. Seriously thank you so much for making our night so easy & keeping everything in check. In our 10 years of knowing each other, our wedding was one of the best day/nights we’ve ever had together and our dream team of suppliers is definitely to thank! Our 3 main suppliers knew each other & worked so perfectly together which made the day an absolute ripper. Kate also lodged our Wedding Certificate which has saved me a massive headache I’m sure!!! Thank you Kate for making our day everything we dreamed of. You did a fantastic job! From the day we met you at Gum Gully there was no question we would be having you as our Celebrant. You were the only person we could see marrying us. Your down to earth, friendly and helpful nature put our minds at ease. Nothing was ever too much trouble for you. From my countless emails to being Ames' side kick and putting our ceremony together, your energy and enthusiasm for what you do brought a whole other element to our day and it was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Dear Kate, We cannot even begin to thank you for your support on our wedding day. From the moment we met you we knew you’d make our day special and you absolutely went above and beyond. You made the entire process so easy! You thought of EVERYTHING, even the tiniest details that made such a big different to our guests on the day. Our ceremony was everything we wanted it to be. It was perfect! Murray and I were both a lot calmer knowing you would be there to guide us through. As soon as I saw you when my car pulled in I was relieved because I knew you would look after everything. And it just kept going from there! Getting us drinks during our photos, keeping us to our schedule, making sure our suppliers were set up and our guests were having a good time.
